Sheriff’s Sales are held near the East steps inside the Union County Courthouse. Public notice is advertised in the Creston News Advertiser or the Afton Star Enterprise and posted at the Union County Courthouse, the Union County Law Enforcement Center, and City Hall (of the city or nearest city to the property).
